Know who you are, as soon as you can!

Are you also someone who sometimes feels like, should be in another profession? Do you also feel like, oh you would have done better if gone into this or that field? Do you often feel like, now you need that maths book and you are gonna score a 100 in the exam because your subconscious keep solving those problem sums all the time? Are you someone who thinks constantly to switch your career field but now it's too late? Or any other thing that makes you wonder, I did not know I had this quality as well and I should have worked on that to excel? Well, I am one such person.

Often people say to me you should be an HR executive because you kind of twist the words with a smile. Sometimes people say you should be on an admin post, people will call me a lawyer sometimes because I describe everything with a logic. I wanted to write and slowly I am working on that but what I feel is, I should be a nanny! 😃 I know it sounds funny, but I believe I can raise a child who would be an asset to this world. I feel so and now many of you would say that have your own then. But here I am trying to pull the discussion towards the career choices that will earn you money. Of course, motherhood is a noble job but it can't be paid back, in no currency. So looking at my choices and interest, I should be a nanny. Maybe to some celebrity kid so that I can earn hefty!!😛

Jokes apart. It's actually about what you are and how you can polish your interests to perfection is what is the point of every success. I believe all the exceptional personalities of the world are made because they realized it very early that, "who they are?". Whether in politics, environment, the field of art, or anyone in our family who will all look up to, maybe he or she knew that they are a family person; everyone has known themselves at a very early stage.

When it comes to the younger generation whether someone is in the fore years of college, a school-going teenager, in sports, a 5-10-year-old kid, or even a toddler; they must work on understanding themselves. Education is important but knowing your nature and qualities along with shortcomings are top of everything. It will help them to make a masterpiece out of them. It is also not just about creating a successful career, but it's also about lowered stress levels on the job or any work they are on because now they are doing what they meant to do. It's not about the money only because many times everyone would have seen a filthy rich person who is unhappy. And I strongly believe that it's because he or she is not doing what they are meant to.

If you are a parent, an elder sibling, a friend, a neighbor, or anyone who can cast an impact on someone, then you must think of this. The first thing is- "Please don't ask about the grades!" Rather than asking about what you do or what class you are in, ask them what are your interests? If you don't get a clear answer then you have done a great job. Because now, that person will shuffle the thoughts of his or her interests and try to figure out if one can meet their ends by making a career based on their interests. Believe me, this question has potential that will help many people to land on places, they are made for. Just your one question is worth it- "What are your interests?"
