India has emerged as a warrior nation during the COVID-19 pandemic situation though many other powerful countries and Indians as well have feared that India will become a problem for the world when corona hits it. To the surprise of all, things turned the other way round. Instead of depending on others or crying over the crisis our nation fought hard to hold the situation correctly if not pushing back completely. But during this month the country has suffered one after another whop as if the earth has turned on the "TEST" button for India after "RESET" to the world.

This month, in the middle of India fighting with coronavirus, Pakistan majorly intensified heavy artillery shelling in Karan sector of J&K followed by 3 CRPF braves martyred in Handwara terrorist encounter, keeping aside the other minor (so-called) violation incidents. When the nation was struggling with its routine border enemy, China started escalating its influence on Indo-China disputed border which is no less than hammering the Indian security nerve. It is evident that China is trying to wander off the world from the daub of COVID-19 but for India, these things are threatening matter of concern. Tackling with these atomic energy nations launch of a new political map by Nepal became a cherry on the cake for subtle Indian land border.

The problems have come not only from foreign lands but nature also has been on its absolute to test Indian capabilities. This month "Amphan cyclone" made landfall in the country by unleashing its formidable force. West-Bengal and Odisha were coerced to handle the heaviest creak of nature. Where social distancing had been the key to a safe life it annihilated in these states due to impossibility of staying in homes and shifting to shelter houses and now continue to being out of the houses to build another. We all have been busy in looking towards the east to know about the cyclone remedies when "Locust Attack" fell on the country from the west. The locust swarms are destroying massive swathes of crop fields within hours and they are going to continue this until the monsoon hits heavily to the country. Provided- We can not overlook the rising requirement of free food in the country due to loss of employment and such destruction to the crops are becoming unaffordable for India.

After the cyclone and locust impairment, the Delhi earthquakes have been another rising subject this month. Delhi has already turned into the new epicentre for COVID-19 after Kerala, becoming the one for earthquakes is not going to help anyways but unfortunately, the state has to face the threat as the tremors will expectantly continue in coming future due to its position on the fault line. Having been set free from containing the highest number of COVID-19 patients, in the month of May itself, Kerala is now put on the Yellow alert by meteorology department and the country is again on the verge of another natural disaster.
All in all the month of May 2020 has been a vortex of challenges for India where the country faced an all-rounded problem package. Tackling border issues, pandemic crisis and natural calamities the country has proven its collective strength and potential but currently the migrant workers are becoming another grave challenge for the Indian government and for their conservation the country needs sheer confidence and resilience while perfectly managing natural, man-made and administrative issues because during the crisis a country needs to evolve well-rounded protocols for managing a disaster.
